APPEAL MADE FOR CLEAN SIDEWALKS Specia to The Tribune. OGDEN, Jan. 22. An appeal to the citizens to have their sidewalks cleared of the snow and ice has been made by the street department of the city. The request is made after the city has ordered or-dered the cleaping of sidewalks in front of the city hall square. The city has an ordinance under which the sidewalks may be cleaned off by the street department and the expense charged to the property owners, but as this action has never been taken the commissioners said they would rather make an appeal to the citizens to do their duty to the public by cleaning oft the walks.
