Show BOY SCOUT PLAN MEETS APPROVAL NEW YORK, Jan. 22 Letters written by the president and Secretary of the Treasury McAdoo were made public here today indorsing the plans of the Boy Scouts of America to "Increase the organized or-ganized boyhood" ofithe country through a campaign to raise $600,000 between I February S and 12 and to organize a scout leaders' reserve corps of 100,000 I men. i "The fine efficiency of the Boy Scouts of America must, of course, be maintained," main-tained," reads the president's letter, received re-ceived by Colin H.
