M. ftosenblum, Kast First South street; Bob Konrar, a Greek, S2S We.st Second South street: A. Jaccino, .1'iS West Sec-onil Sec-onil South street; C. K. Itiiey, South .Main sireel; t'alriek Kennedy and M. J. Moss. '.I'lie arrests followed the submission by tho police to tho state chemist of samples sam-ples of cider for auaylsis and the report of the chemist tliat the cider contained from :". to V per cont of alcohol. All will appear for trial tomorrow in police court.
