The contest is open to anyone and everyone, so dive down into your think-tank and get an idea on how to .best save money to purchase war stamps. When you get the idea write it out in not more than fifty words, put your name and address plainly at the head of the sheet and mail it or deliver it to the Thrift Stamp Editor of The Tribune. Write on one side of the paper only. From the ideas submitted each day the best ono submitted will be selected select-ed and printed the following day. The author of the idea will then receive a thrift card and one stamp to start him or her on the proper road to thrift in the service of L'DcIe Sam. In ease there should be two suggestions of equal merit submitted in one day both will be selected and a card and stamp will be given to the author of each.
