BAMBERGER STIRS TOLEOHIENCE Denounces the "Damnable Aliens" Who Are Attacking Attack-ing Government. Special to The Tribune. TOLEDO, O., April 1. "The Toledo plan of putting a Liberty loan in every home, through the medium of trained salesmen, ought to bring enormous returns," re-turns," declared Governor Bamberger to 5000 Toledoans who attended a Liberty loan meeting here tonight, "1 have arranged to have the final figures sont me at Salt Lake City.
