$100 BAIL FORFEITED WHEN CASE IS CALLED Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, April 1. John O. Kourious. 25 years of age, forfeited $100 in the police court this m(orning, when the case charging him with carrying concealed weapons was called. Kourious was ar-resW'd ar-resW'd at 10 o'clock last nimit by Captain O. 11. Mohlman at lto3 Twenty-fifth street. The weapon was a single-barrel shotgun, shot-gun, transformed into a pistol. The barrel bar-rel was sawed oft to twelve Inches long and the stock was changed into a pistol handle. This formidable weapon was the ba-sis of the home guard for Kourious, who had it planted under his pillow In a local rooming house. When the chambermaid saw the weapon she only thought of a pro-German propaganda propa-ganda and summoned the police.
