Seven Are Fined. ' Special to The Tribune. - OGDEN, April 1. Motorcyclists who exceeded the speed ordinance and those who rode bicycles upon the sidewalk constituted con-stituted the programme of the morning session before Judge George S. Barker in the police court this morning. The motorcyclists mo-torcyclists were found guilty and fined 5, while the bike riders got off with a $2 fine. The two who paid $5 each were Joe Wann and James Kovar, while those in the latter class who paid $2 were John Donaldson, George Bateman, Fran It Brown, Brose Hill and Octane Swether-set.
