Fltt of Salt Lake City, in the county cf Salt Lake, and etate of Utah, In said district, respectfull v represents repre-sents that on the 9th day of Februury, last past, he was duly adjudged bankrupt bank-rupt under the acts of congress relating to bankruptcy1; that he has duly surrendered surren-dered all his property and rights of property, prop-erty, and has fully complied with all the requirements of said acts and of the orders of the court touching his bankruptcy. bank-ruptcy. Wherefore he prays that he may be decreed de-creed by the court to have a full discharge dis-charge from all debts provable against his estate under said bankrupt acts, except ex-cept such debts as arc excepted by law from such discharge. D. 191?, before said court at Salt Lalco City, in said district, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and that notice thereof be published in The Salt Lake Tribune, a newspaper printed In said district, dis-trict, and that all known creditors and other persons in Interest may appear at the said time and place and show cause, if any they have, why the pi-aver of the said petitioner should not be granted.
