Show TWO DEATHS, 40 NEW OGDEN CASES Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, Dec. 8. Two deaths from Influenza In-fluenza and forty new cases were reported re-ported by the board of health today. Members of the health board announced that In lifting the ban on amusements at the end of the present week, strict quarantine quar-antine of the homes where influenza prevails pre-vails will be carried on as before. The enforcement of the several regulations regula-tions pertaining to allowing persons to come into the city with certificates of good health were continued. Persons leaving Ogden today for Salt Lake and other towns of the state were advised that they woyld not be allowed to reenter re-enter the city without the certificate of good health. The deaths today were: Nettie Feliz. 70 years of age, widow of the late Juan Feliz. died at 3 o'clock this morning, at 2:9 Grant avenue, of pneumonia-influenza after an illness of seven days. The body was removed to the KirkLMidal: parlors to bo prepared for shipment to California. Jennie Thomas. 32 years of age, wife of Edward V. Thomas, died at the hospital hos-pital last night of Influenza. The body was removed to the Kirkcndall parlors to be prepared for burial. Notice of the funeral will be announced later. |
