In spite of ohstacles. the girl finds true happiness hap-piness with the man she loves. ' ' The Brat" Announced for Initial Post-Flu Production at the Wilkes Theater. WHEN the Wilkes theater opens tonight to-night in Maude Fulton's comedy, "The Brat." it will he with a new leading lead-ing man hi the person of J. Anihony Smythe. George Barnes, former leading man. has been transferred to the I'enver Wilkes company. Mr. .Smythe is already known to Pait Lake playgoers, having played two brief engagements with the Wilkes Players here, once during the first few weeks of their initial season and once two years ago. Since then he has played in prominent promi-nent Pacific coast theaters. Playing the title role in "The Brat" will be Miss Mae Thome. Tho part of the bishop will be in the hands of Director Direc-tor A. Burt Wesner. "Tho Brat" will play all this week, with matinees Thursday Thurs-day and Saturday.
