Show TELEGRAPHERS ARE GRANTED INCREASE CHICAGO. Aug. 5. J. A. Gillick, general superintendent of the Chicago, Milwaukee & St. Paul railroad, announced an-nounced the settlement of differences between officials of the road and a grievance committee of the 2200 telegraphers teleg-raphers of the system, wherehv the telegraphers wcre'granted a flat increase in salary of $:! a mouth, effective AuL-ust 1. The telegraphers had asked an increase in-crease of IS per cent of their former salaries, which in some eases would approximate ap-proximate $15 a month. |
