Show TUG TIMMINS WANTS TO CHANGE NAME; TAKES 6N SUPPLIES BALTIMORE, Aug. 5. The tug Thomas F. Timmiffs, which figured so extensively in the arrival anil departure of the submarine Dcutschlaml, is to have its name changed to the llansa. An application for the change has been filed with the United States shipping authorities. Three or four days will be necessary before the change takes effect. ef-fect.
