Show PL1 RECALL FOR CLASS OFFICIALS High School Students to Incorporate In-corporate New Measure in Constitution. More class officers were elected at the East high school yesterday. The sophomores completed their organization by electing Dorothy Young vice president; presi-dent; Justin Healy, treasurer; Lea Burton, Bur-ton, secretary, and Jeanne Stewart, assistant as-sistant tieasurer. In addition, Lillie Frumkin and Robert McConaughy were elected yell masters. Edwin Feabody was elected president at a former ineet-inLf ineet-inLf and presided yesterday. The .junior & effected a complete organization. or-ganization. Allen Martiueau was elected elect-ed president; Mary Clayton, vice president; presi-dent; Fevg lergison. Treasurer; Eloise Berry, secretary; Carlino Dewy, assistant assist-ant treasurer, and Don Williams, yell master. The greatest enthusiasm is being awakened for the flag rush that will take place next Tuesday between the juniors and seniors. The b lac It boards are covered with notices, informing the bovs to practice for tho event. Even the girls have caught the spirit. Thoso of both the freshman and senior classes practiced songs and yells for more than an hour yesterday. i Military drill " will begin at both i schools next week. A meeting of all i cadots will be held at the East school j next Monday, and tho first drill will j take place at the West Side school on Tuesday. Greene and Glen Miller as a committee j to draw up a class constitution. At tho j meeting held a few days ago every of- i ficer elected expressed the opinion that ' a Tecall provision should be placed in all school organizations. As a result the proposed constitut ion will most like- ly contain this provision. |
