Show CORNELL IS REVENGED FOR ITS 1912 DEFEAT ITHACA, Oct. 4. Cornell atoned for Its 1912 defeat at tho. hands of Oberlln by trouriolng the Ohioans today bv a score of 31 to 12. In the first period Cornell scored after rushes by Shelton, Fritz and Shuler. The period ended with the ball on Oborlln's one-foot line, and shortly short-ly after the opening of the second quarter quar-ter Barrett carried It over. A long triple pass. Barrett to Fritz to O'Hearn, resulted In a touchdown and a few min- utes later Sprague, a substitute, plunged through for another. Fritz; made a sensational sen-sational 60-yard run back on. the kick-off. Oberlln gave Cornoll a Bcare In the third period by scoring two touchdowns on forward passes against second string men.
