Martin Rossi, an Italian citizen of Bingham and an organizer for union labor among his countrymen in this camp, today denied the correctness of a piiblishqa report that tho banners carried on display by his followers on Garibaldi day, September Septem-ber 20, contained an intimation of "black hand" intent or purposes. "Thcro is no black hand work among the Italians of Bingham," said Mr. Rossi. "Tho banners that woro wrongly wrong-ly referred to simply said 'Wo Aro Independent.' In-dependent.'
