Tho incorporation papers have not yet been filed with the socrotary of stato, hut tho authorized capital is fixod at $500,000, according to K. W. Sloan of tho Agency company. The plans for tho organization of the company com-pany havo (been on foot for five months. Tho officers are: David G. Ecclcs, ? resident: C. 11. Looso, vice president homas Smart, vico president; R. W. Salislnir', vico president; Lewis B. Atc-Corniclc, Atc-Corniclc, secretary and treasurer. The exocutivo committee comprises: James Pingrce, Ogden, chairman; W. S. McGornick, Salt Lako; C. E.
