The case against young; Oelrlohs was dismissed at the request of Assistant District Dis-trict Attorney Jame3 O'Malley, to whom Mlf-s Singleton confessed yesterday that there was no basis for hor previous declaration decla-ration that Oelrichs had stabbed hor.
