The company com-pany has tho rights for tho Fraultlin, tho Vclic and the Ovorland, all standard ' cars, and cars of recognized superiority-Tho Consolidated, in addition io tho cars on exhibition, will have on display i a Franklin ongino, showing the devices I used in its construction, and its air-j air-j cooling system. Tho samo model in a runabout is carried in stock. Tho company also has this model with sur-roy-lypo body. Tho Franklin Town car is a eomfortablo machine, and the Franklin taxicab is serviceable. Tho Franklin people this 3roar lay much stress on their air-cooling system. With reference to this, tho company makes this boast, no doubt. pardonable: "Tho simplicity and efficiency of this now cooling system are indeed wonderful. wonder-ful. The cngino cylinders have vertical flanges. Around ench cylinder close to the flanges is a sheet-metal air jacket open at the top and bottom. The front .fan formerly for-merly used is dispensed with so that tho cooling system is absolutely freo of working parts or complications of anv sort." The Consolidated has much faith in its line of Overlands. It will have on display an Overland model 40, whose price is $1250. George T. Odell is general managor for tho Consolidated, S. B. Young. Jr., is sales manager, and W. W. Caldor is assistant saloB manager, and has charge of tho automobile department. Mr. Young is now in the east. Ho recently re-cently visited tho Franklin factory at Svracuse. N. Y.. the Velio factory at Moline, 111., and the Overland factory at Toledo. Before returning Mr. Young will visit the automobile show in Chicago Chi-cago and will study automobilo trade conditions generally. Mr. Calder says tho company expects to do an immense bueinoss this summer. The general manager, Mr. Odell. not long ago toured Europe in a .Franklin, and declared that the total cost of repairs re-pairs on the continent was so low that people would not believe him if ho were to tell them that it was only $1.50. Tho Franklin was also run through from Now York to Salt Lako in fast time, and withstood tho tTying test without a falter.
