NOTHING HEARD FROM THE TUGBOAT MINA By Leased Wire to Tho Tribune. WASHINGTON. Feb. 12. At a lato hour tonight nothing had been heard from tho missing tugboat Nina, which was lost In tho fog somewhere off tho Atlantic At-lantic coast between Norfolk and Boston with thirty-two persons on board. Tho Nina Is a tender to the third submarine division of the United States navy and has not been heard from for a week, although it was not until last night s storm swept the Atlantic seaboard that grave fears were expressed. Government tugs and the Atlantic wireless wire-less svstcms are being utilized la efforts to learn the whereabouts of tho Nina and to learn If she survived tho gale.
