Husbands, proprietor of a grocery store at SIL liast l-'irst South street, was sweeping the sidewalk in front of his storo Saturday night, he was accosted bv two young men, one of whom covered him wilh a gun, while l.li other went into the store and "tapped the? Had the holdup men cnlered tho store live minutes earlier they would have found JrTo in the till. Husbands said that both of tho men were young 'in appearance and that the man Willi tho gun had his face concealed con-cealed by a white handkerchief. Both seemed to know just what they were, doing do-ing and showed no nervousness. They were well dressed and tho polico .believe them to be experienced crooks. According Accord-ing to Husbands, the entire transaction consumed about three minutes. |
