Judge of the district court of tho United States for the district of Utah: Samuel Glalateln, Gcorgo Axelrad and Nathan Block, Individually nnd ns copartners co-partners doing business as The Reliable Clothing company of Salt Lake City, In the county of Salt Lake and state of Utah. In said district, respectfully represent repre-sent that on the 17th day of January last nasi, they were duly adjudged bankrupts bank-rupts under the nets of congress relating to bankruptcy: that they have duly surrendered sur-rendered all their property and rlghtM of property, nnd havo fully complied with all the rcqulrementa of said acts and of tho orders of tho court touching their bankruptcy Wherefore thoy pray that they may bo decreed by the court to havo a full discharge dis-charge from all debts provable against their estates under said bankrupt acts, except such debts as are oxcoplcd by law from such discharge.
