Show MUST GIVE ACCOUNTING OF THE ALLSOP ESTATE Thomas M., Joseph lleniy and George Albert Allsop, executors, must give an accounting in the estate of their father, Thomas Allsop, who died at- Sandv, August 30. 1S95, leaving property, mostl3' real estate, valued at approximately approxi-mately $0000. Upon the petition of a sister of the executors, Mrs. Emma O. Dr3-burgh, an order to this effect was entered " in Judge Morse's division of the Third district court Saturday. Mrs. Drv-burgh Drv-burgh also petitioned to be released from the bonds of the brothers as executors, ex-ecutors, but the hearing upon this part of the petition will not come up until later. In his will, which gave most of his property after nil debts were paid to throe of his. eight children, Allsop named the three brothers as executors. This was August 20, 1S95. Mrs. .Dry-burgh .Dry-burgh says in her petition that the executors ex-ecutors 111 all the twelve 3'cars that thoy have handled the estate have never made an accounting and she believes that most of tho estuto has been wasted and squandrcd, she sa3'S. |
