Fifteen vears aero 1 was required to deposit the sum of?10 In order to have the electric Ik'ht companv install a meter in my house for its own use In measuring the eleclrlcltv used. 1 have offered to have prominent and wealthy properly owners vouch for me, but the company declines the offer and Insists that they retain my money without one penny of interest. When von consider the thousands and thousands of dollars this greedy corporation corpor-ation Is withholding from the rightful owners In Salt Lake City, It cnrtalnly seems to me that something ought to bo done to rectify this wrong. When the gas company requires a deposit de-posit it Ik willing to pay the customury amount, of Interest, however, and It does not require any deposit whatever when one Is ablo to have a responsible person vouch for one. I have been unfortunate In meeting with maiiv reverses. I need all.the money that belongs to be.
