Two more unhappy wives appealed to the Third District court Saturday for membership in tho divorce colony. Mrs. Eliza Pinch in says that Job Pinchin. after tbirty-two years, deserted her. They were married at Bristol, England, in 1874, came to Utah in 1S87, and havo three children, two of whom are over age, and one, Sidney II., only 3S years old. On November 5, 1006, when sho was 53 years old and he was 52, and after they had lived together twentj--nino years, Pinchin deserted her, Mrs. Pin-chin Pin-chin says. Pinchin preceded his desertion de-sertion with non-support for one year, Mrs. Pinchin further charges. Pinchin owns real estate in lot S, block 17, 10-acrc plat A, and lot 7, block 1, 10-acrc plat A, Big Field sur-vc3', sur-vc3', and section 6, township 2 south, range 1 east, Salt Lako meridian, besides be-sides lands in Millard county worth $5,500 or $6,000. All of this property was acquired by their joint efforts, and as Mrs. Pinchin is getting old and is in poor health, she wants a part of it as alimony. Iu tho meantime sho wants Pinchin restrained from disposing of any of it. Mrs. Pinchin also demands $500 attorney fees and $25 costs and 10 custody 0 fthe minor child. Laura Tyler charges Charles C. Tyler with nousupport since July 1, 1906, and demands a divorce and the custody of tho two 3'ounger children, Robert William Wil-liam aud Laura Icarl T3'ler, 6 and i years old, respectively, but Tyler may have tho other two children.
