Show SUPPLEMENTARY PETITION Of TRAFPSC BUREAU AROUSES DEEP INTEREST BN MANY QUARTERS That tho recent forwarding of the supplementary complaint of tho Coni-; Coni-; mcrcial club traffic bureau of this city has attracted a great deal of attention from people interested in traffic conditions condi-tions is evident from tho letters which aro rocoived almost daily by tho commissioner com-missioner of traffic hero, commenting upon the action of tho Salt Lake bu- roau. A number of thcBC letters are , presented herewith. MMio first lotter, from Senator George Sutherland, is self- explanatory. It should be explained that the mention made of The Tribune in some of the letters is the 'result of . the action of the bureau in sending copies of that paper to those who do-' do-' sired to know of tho rate case here, ' the groat, number of applications for copies of the complete petition having exhausted the supply. It is my purpose to make application for permission to intervene In this case. I have an idea, since hearing the (lis-cusslon (lis-cusslon In the Spokane case at Washington Washing-ton on the 9th, at which time a supplemental supple-mental complaint was Hied by the Sno-kano Sno-kano interests and intervention by other Interior and Pacific coast cities, that tho commission will hear your complaint at the same they take up this supplemental complaint of Spokane next fall, the general gen-eral talk at Washington being that the commission would sit en banc on this and similar cases throughout the west after tho summer recess, which would bring your complaint up some time in September or October, as the commission adjourned the Spokane case to Spokane for some time In September.
