MILL ARE GOING Visiters from Bingh'ani and Garfield are unanimous in their expressions in regard to the successful operation of tho Boston Consolidated milling plant, aud that the average saving is hitting tho high places in great style. It is slated that ten out of the thirteen units arc now in complete and steady operation, opera-tion, and that there is a much better tonnage of norphyiy ores coming from the mine. It begins to look as if the company has shut down the giving nut of all news relative to the mine and mill until tho hour arrives when everything every-thing can be pronounced tho absolute success which the maiority of western people .believe is a logical conclusion to tho enterprise. Mining Notes. G. L. Bemis, general manager of the Union Chief company, has returned from the property. J. Kcwson Smith, engineer of mines for the United States company, was in Bingham Bing-ham Saturday on company business. It is reported from Mercur that the Boston Sunshine mill Is running full blast and In a very satisfactory manner. General Manager Colin Mcintosh of the Ohio Copper company -ays that he will have a large rrow of men at work Monday, Mon-day, placing the mill In shape. E. C. Coffin, superintendent nt the Lower Mammoth company, attended the board meeting yesterday. The shaft is fifty feet below the 1200 level. From tho Seven Troughs camp on Saturday Sat-urday came the news that the 110-ton run of Harris lease ore has netted $3070. Another run soon Is to be made.
