N Saturday night tho Press club gavo a ".iinks" in honor of the Thespians whb'took part in "Tho Bungle" at tho Salt Lake" theater. Tho real guest of honor was If. L. A. Culmor. who staged "Tho Bungle" and to whom much credit was duo for tho success of tho show. After an invitation that would do honor to any secret society in tho land, Mr. Culmer was mado an honorary member of tho Salt Lake Press club, and was later presented with a beautiful beauti-ful loving cup appropriately inscribed. Tho presentation speech was made by Pcv. Peter A. Simpkin, "Grand Potentate." Po-tentate." and Mr. Culmer replied in a. feeling manner. Aside from "Tho Bunglo" cast, there wero present many club members and their friends. After the formal part of the ceremony cere-mony was over, Prof. Willard Wciho rendered sovernl violin solos that were much appreciated. |
