Heath Now Suing Father.to Quiet Title to i Property. j Another chapter has been added to the controversy of the Heath family over the Salt Palace grounds. Following Follow-ing closely upon Judge Lewis's denial in tho Third District court of the application ap-plication of Frederick G. and Henry O. Heath, brothers, to have their aged father, Frederick Heath, adjudged incompetent in-competent and a guardian appointed to manage his business, Henry 0. Heath Saturday brought suit against the elder Jleath in the Third District court to quiet title to that part of the Salt Palace grounds which he claims. Heath sets out that he is the owner of and entitled to the possession of tho north half of lot 7, block 3-1, ten-acre pint A, Big Field survey, containing live acres, more or Jess, 'but that his father claims sonic adverse interest in the ground, and ho asks the court to enjoin the elder Heath from asserting an) claim whatever to tho property. Other sons of the. aged man are "also suing him to throw the Salt Palace propert3r into the hands of a receiver, and the Walker heirs started a similar suit four or five months ago. |
