Music was furnished by the Hawaiian troubadours in the building, and during Iho afternoon the Ladies' G. A. 11. band made a tour of the cit and also played a few selections selec-tions at Iho Chamber of Commerce. Dur-'ng Dur-'ng the day Governor Brady of Idaho I visited the fair and spent some time looking over Iho exhibits. Senator Williams Wil-liams and President A. .1. Davis of the ity council were also among tho visitors. visit-ors. Mrs. JT. Flamm, wife of the loading load-ing merchant of Fremont county, with her family, was also present, and exhibited ex-hibited great interest in the affair. Comments of tho many business men who hnVc attended tho fair indicate that tho display of TJlah-mado goods has created a strong fooling in support of Utah products. Many visitors commented com-mented upon i.hc excellent showing made and expressed their surprise that so man' things aro manufactured in t.ho state. Tho success of tho undertaking surpassed even tho highest expectations of its promoters and has been .i great boost to the manufacturing industry of Lhe state. Officers of tho Manufacturers' association asso-ciation issued a resolution of thanks to thoso who have assisted them in the undertaking, un-dertaking, and tho resolution appears in full in another column. It is intended to hold a similar fair on a larger scale during tho holding of the forty-third national na-tional encampment hero, August 0 to I I, and I bus provide a display of Utah goods for tho large crowd of visitors ivho attend that affair. Ofiicials of the fair spoko enthusiastically Saturday of tho splendid results which would then be attained and the friendly fooling which would bo further engendered between be-tween tho manufacturers of the stato by carrying out tho undertaking on a still larger scale.
