Wednesday an order was Issued by the court allowing allow-ing the right-of-way to the railroad company com-pany upon the payment of S225 to the defendant de-fendant company and upon furnishing a bond for 5100 to guarantee the erection of a certain fence inclosing tho right-of-way granted from other property belong-lng belong-lng to the milling and elevator company.
