Show KECtA COMPANY HAS Fil NFJ RESOURCE Extremely Rich Body Struck Close to Carbonate Ore in ' Property. A discovery, just registered in the Ilccla property of Beavor county is both mystifying and delighting tho officials. of-ficials. Some samples representing the general average of a new oro body have reached Salt Lake, and thej' are of a nature never before encountered in this well-prospected group. Heretofore Hereto-fore the ores have been mainly carbonates, car-bonates, carrying shipping values of silver sil-ver and lead, as is shown by the frequent fre-quent shipments' to the local smelters. These ores" have carried heavy iron contents con-tents also. The new find was made .in a crosscut, cross-cut, about fifleeij feet away from this carbonate ore body, in the same bedding and along the wall, but tho ore does not contain a trace of iron or zinc and is a mixed carbonate and sulphide. An assay was made on the rock yesterday, with the result that $3.35 gold, ounces silver and 75 per cent lead was found present. This silver value is not considered worthy of the rock, nnd better bet-ter white metal contents are expected. Of this character of ore, the management manage-ment has two feet, and ono shift on Tucsdaj- extracted six tons of il, every pound of the oro running very high in the two metals. The management was not looking for any such a disclosure as this, and desires to await further development de-velopment beforo expressing opinion, but that the discovery dclirrhts them goes without saying. It is the bauner ore so far for a properfv that has been sending out magnificent rock. Novadas in San Francisco. James A.
