PLATS ARE RECEHED AT U. S. LAND OFFICE Notice was issued Wednesday to the effect that the following township plats have been received at the local United States land offlco from tho United States surveyor-general of Utah: Township 21 south, rango 15; township 21 south, range 17; township 22 south, range 15; township 23 south, range 15, township 22 south, range 17, and township town-ship 2C south, rango 17. All of tho ranges arc east of the Salt Lake meridian. me-ridian. T The above plats will be filed at tho united States land office November 12, 190S. and on or after that dato the public pub-lic lands in tho two first ones will be subject to entry under the various land laws applicable thereto. Owing to Utah having acquired a preference right of selection under the act of August 13. 1S84. however, no entries will be allowed ln the latter four except under rights Initiated In-itiated prior to May 23, 1905, until January Jan-uary 12, 1909. On and after January 12. 1909, tho remaining re-maining lands, should there be any left, will be subject to entry under the public land laws.
