OCR Text	Show CHARGES ON THE NEW UNIFORM BILL OF LADING CHICAGO, Oct. 1-1. Announcement has been made that of 46 railroads in official classification there have arranged ar-ranged to address notices to shippers to the effect that on and after November No-vember 1 shippers using the new uniform uni-form bill of lnding prescribed by the interstnto commerce commission will be charged tho regular rates provided in the " official classification." Tf a, shipner shall elect not to accept the conditions of tho new bill of lading and shipping order, the property will bo transported at carriers' liability, limited lim-ited only as provided l3' the common law and by laws of the United States and of the several states in so far as thc3 apply, and the charge will be 10 per c-cnt higher than the regular rate.
