To the Stockholders of the Sevier Railway Rail-way Company: Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the stocKnolders of Sevier Railway Company will be held at tho principal office of the company in the Judge Building, Salt Lake City, Utah, upon Monday, the 20th day of July, 1903. at 10 o'clock a. m., for the purpose of considering, and confirming or disapproving, disap-proving, certain action of the Board of Directors of said company heretofore taken, ta-ken, providing for the subjection of the company's railroads, railroad property and franchises nnd Its other assets and property, to the Hen of tho first consolidated consoli-dated mortgage deed of The Rio Grando Western Railway Company, of date April 1st, 1899. and for the purpose of taking any lawful action in relation to the mortgaging mort-gaging or conveyance of the company's said railroads, railroad property and franchises p.nd its other assets and property, prop-erty, as may by the stockholders at such meeting bo deemed requisite or desirable.
