Charged with mak- ing a brutal assault upon his wife I-ranic A Wadsworth of the Burch creek district dis-trict was arraigned in police court Tuesday Tues-day morning but refused to enter a plea until the services of an attorney had been secured. He was released under 100 bail His wife. Eliza A. Wadsworth says ho attacked her at their home Moiidnj afternoon with his fists and Knocked 1 er down. Deputy Sheriffs Naylin and Mui-phy Mui-phy made the arrest.
