Brocn of $52. on July 10. J. E. Russcl. burglary In the second degree for breaking Into the chicken coop of J. A. Marcroft at 40G Paxton avenue July 14. James Murray, burglary In the third degree, for entering room 17 of the Bolby house, at 33 South West Temple street, on July 13. Eph Jacobson. burglary In the second degree, for entering a chicken coop at 575 Sorrerty street on July 10. John Masters, grand larceny, for the theft of three pounds of opium, an opium pipe and money to the value of ?120, on July 0.
