To the Stockholders of the Castlo Valley Railway Compan;: Notice Is hereby given that a special meeting of the stockholders of Castk Valley Railway company will be held at the principal offlco of the company In the Judge Building, at Salt Lake City, Utah, upon Monday, the 20th day of July, 190S, at 10:30 o'clock a. m., for the purpose pur-pose of considering, and confirming or disapproving, certain action of the Board of Directors of said company heretofore taken, providing for the subjection of the company's railroads, railroad property and franchises and Its other assets and property, prop-erty, to the Hen of tho first consolidated mortgage deed of The Rlo Grando Western West-ern Railway Company, of date April 1st, 1S99, and for the purpose of taking any lawful action In relation to the mortgaging mort-gaging or conveyance of the comnany's Bald railroads, railroad property and franchises and its other assets and property, prop-erty, as may by the stockholders at such meeting be deemed requisite or desirable.
