OCR Text	Show Sues for Damages. Henry Mills has filed an action against S. T-l. Auerbnch and Lautcnsock Si Wnss-mer, Wnss-mer, in tho City court, to recover $498 for Injuries received nn Third South street. Just west of the Brooks Arcade building, June 1. Mills says that a fence In fronl of a building under course of construction fell upon hlni and injured him. S. TI. Auerbach and others own the building and L-autensock & Wassmer were the contractors. Mills also has a claim of $500 pending before the Claims committee com-mittee of the City Council for tho same injury.
