Eastern crowd is after ohio Tempting Proposition Poked at the Owners of Another of Bingham's Bing-ham's Producers. Replying to persistent rumors that the Ohio Copper company has put a prl.ee on its properties at Bingham and that A wealthy Eastern syndicate Is now seeking It under an option, a local Interest says that while no option has been executed In favor of any one. the company has before It a most tempting proposition. What the fate of this proposition will be will be determined, perhaps, before the expiration of the present week. By those who have been exploiting the story It is claimed that the company lnis an opportunity of taking down approximately $500,000, or practically double the sum that has been expended by the Ohio company in the acquisition and equipment of Its most valuable estate. Since tho transfer trans-fer was made to the present company developments "nave been extended into new territory, with the result that Its resources have been materially Increased, In-creased, a mill has been provided with which to reduce the second-class ores, while tho high-grade has found an eager market at the furnaces, and the future of the proposition appears to bo quite positively assured- Whatever the fate of the bid now under consideration the founders of the Ohio Copper company com-pany cannot esteem It other than as a rare compliment to them and the Integrity Integ-rity of those upon who.ce advice the investment was made.
