DR. CLARK TO SPEAK ON DECORATION DAY Rev. Dr. C. B. Clark of Deadvood, S. D,, will bo the orator at the coming Decoration Day services at Mt. Olivet cemetery. Ho la a brother of Judge Frank H. Clark of this city, who Is department de-partment commander of the Grand Army of the Republic. Dr. Clark is superintendent of the Black Hills mission mis-sion of the M. E. church and is now in attendance upon the general conference being held In Los Angeles. As he expects ex-pects to be on the way home at the time he has been Induced to stop off here to deliver tho Decoration Day address. The doctor is past department commander com-mander of the South Dakota G. A. R.. It 1b said that he is a fine orator and will do Justice to the important occasion. occa-sion. An innovation in connection with the observance by the schools of Decoration Day, which occurs on May 30, Is to have a lady speaker at every school. In addition ad-dition to tho represcntntices of the G. A. R. and the Spanish-American veterans, vete-rans, the appointments being made from the memberships of the Woman's dltlon to the representatives of the G. A. R.
