Whose Coat? Last eveing a soldier, who gave the name of Albert Carey, and who, when eearrhed by the oflicers, was found to be minus tlie pass usually held by absentees from quarters, was trying to dispose of a fine new beaver coat for a moiety of the actual worth. The circumstances of the case appearing suspicious, and the fact of the coat evidently having never been made to fit the soldier, the police arrested him. feeling confident he had stolen it. The coat is at the City Hall, where it can be seen this morning.
