Show after the installation of said improvements, to upgrade the well housing, to install a telemetering system, to acquire ac-quire land for a future culinary culin-ary reservoir site, and to re place service lines, laterals, and fire hydrants, plus legal and fiscal agent fees. Said Note may be redeemed on any interest payment date at the option of the Municipality upon thirty (30) days written notice and in accordance with the terms of the resolution adopted by the City Council on September 3, 1981 as subsequently subse-quently amended on Oct. 8. 1981. A copy of the Resolution adopted on Sepember 3. 1981, and subsequently amended interest in-terest adopted on Oct. 8, 1981 by the City Council authorizing authoriz-ing the issuance and confirming confirm-ing the sale of the above-described above-described $140,000 Water Revenue Re-venue Bonds. Series A. dated October 1, 1981, and $175,000 Bond Anticipation Notes, Series B, are on file in the office of the City Recorder of said Municipality in Farming-ton Farming-ton City, Utah, where it may be examined during regular business hours of the City Re corder from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for a period of at least thirty (30) days from and after date of the publication of this notice.
