Show LEGAL NOTICE Petition No. 81-9Z Please be advised that the Bountiful City Council will hold a public hearing on WEDNESDAY, November II, 1981 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 790 South 100 East, Bountiful, Utah. The purpose of this hearing will be to determine the interest in-terest in and ascertain the advisability advi-sability of rezoning from Residential Re-sidential Zone R-2 to Residential Residen-tial Zone R-3 the following described de-scribed property: Beginning at a con- , crete monument set by ; the parties at a point which is 175,0 feet East from the intersection of the North line of 1500 South Street and East tine of Main Street j where intersecting point is approximatelv Southwest South-west corner of Lot 2, Block L, North Mill-creek Mill-creek Plat, Bountiful Townsite Survey (corner (cor-ner not in place) and the point of beginning is also i described as being 209.83 feet East and North 25 feet from a nail marking centerline intersection in-tersection of 1500 South Street and 200 West Street and running thence North 75.0 feet; thence North 31 degrees 54 minutes 44 seconds 138.95 feet more or less to South line of property conveyed in 358-237; thence East 35.72 feet more or less to West boundary line of property proper-ty of Hal Ross Belnap; thence South 192.95 feet to North line of 1500 South Street; thence West 109.17 feet along said North line to point of beginning. The property in question is located at 176 West 1500 South and is owned by Mr. Morris H. Kulmer.
