The purpose of this hearing will be to determine the interest in-terest in and ascertain the advisability advi-sability of granting a variance to the City's Zoning Ordinance pertaining to Subdivision Signs located off of the premises premis-es of the subdivision itself. The specific application applica-tion is for an off-premise subdivision sign to be lo-cated lo-cated at 2475 South Bountiful Blvd on the property owned by Mr. J. Golden Barton. The sign to be two sided and 64 Square feet .in total area (8' x 8'). The sign in question, if permitted, per-mitted, would give direction to the Maple Cove Subdivision located above Bountiful Blvd. at approximately 1500 East, at approximately 2500 South.
