THE REVISED OATH I Is Being Sent Out With Supplemental Supple-mental Instruction to Voters The Utah commission is a very busy lot of men While no formal sessions are beiner held each member finds that his private matters must take second place in order to attend to the official duties of the place which he occupies One of the principal acts yesterday was the amending of the Utah oath which in future will read as appended OATH FOR REVISED REGISTRY LIST Territory of Utah County of ss I being duly sworn or affirmed depose and say that I am over twentyone years of age that I have resided in the territory cf Utah for six months last past and In this orecinct for one month immediately preceding the date thereof and thatI am a native born or naturalized as the case may be citizen of the United States and that my full name is that I am a single or married man that the name of my lawful wife is and that I will support the constitution of the United States and will faithfully obey the laws thereof and especially will obey the act of Congress approved March 22 1892 entitled An act to amend section 5352 of the Revised Statutes of the United States in reference I refer-ence to bigamy and for other purposes I purpo-ses and that 1 will also obov the act of Congress of March 3 1887 entitled An act to amend section 5352 of the Revised Statutes of the United 1st t sin s-in reference to bigamy and for other purposes approved March 22 1881 in respect of the crimes in said act defined de-fined and forbidden and that i will not directly or indirectly aid or abet counsel coun-sel or advise any other person to commit com-mit anv of said crimes defined by the acts of Congress as polygamy bigamy unlawful cohabitation incest adultery or fornication and I further swear that I am not a bigamist or polyganist and that I have not been convicted df any crime for which I have not been par doned or amnestied under the act of Congress entitled An act n mend section 5352 of the Revised Statutes of the United States in reference to bigamy and for other purposes ap proved March 22 1S82 nor under the acts amendatory thereo of March 3 1SS7 and that I do not associate r co habit polygamously with roniors of the other sex fNPOJS Subcribed and sworn to before me this day of i04 precinct Deputy Registrar Offiper for
