Favors Water Development Mayor Baskin is interesting himself I in the proposed tests of the Emigration canyon water supply and yesterday interviewed in-terviewed Superintendent of Waterworks Water-works Daily on the subject His honor is of the opinion that there is a great unappropriated supply in the canyon and is heartily in favor of the movement move-ment which has been made to secure the development of the same Major Daily has made all necessary arrangements arrange-ments and will secure the loan of one of the Rio Grande centrifugal pumps for the tests which wU probably commence com-mence at once
