SETTLED THE NEGOTIATIONS Plant For the Diamond Coke and Coal Company to Re Ordered After the usual delays the negotiations negotia-tions between the Union Pacific and the Diamond Coke and Coal company have reached a uccessful issue and the railway company will at once commence com-mence putting in the necessary switch and yard tracks at the Diamondville Wyoming mines of the Diamond Coke and Coal company This means the settlement set-tlement of the questions upon which the future movements of the company hinged and within the next few days the machinery for the new plant will be ordered the guarantee being that the works will be in operation not later than ninety days hence The stockholders stock-holders of the coal company are with very few exceptions Utah people the Walkers being heavily interested
