The Hocking Valley Case Columbus 0 Sept 18Arguments in the Hocking Valley 8000000 case continued all day in the common pleas court on the demurrer to the petitipn of the trust company Judge Stevenson Steven-son Burke finished his arguments sustaining sus-taining the demurrer The principal point which he made was that the Hocking Valley Railroad company was the only party which could sue and that it had already exhausted its right of action Judge Burke created a sensation by making an attack upon the judges of the supreme covfrt of New York whom he charged with having made misstatements mis-statements In an opinion delivered in delvered the case in the courts of that state Judge Crawford of New York opened the argument for the trust company I and had not concluded when the court adjourned
