That Section C of Section 7 of the existing Davis County Ordinance providing for minimum standards relating to platting and recording of subdivisions of land in the incorporated in-corporated area of Davis County be and the same hereby is amended to read as follows, to wit: C. "Cul-de-sacs shall not contain more than 20 dwelling units and shall be not longer than 1,000 feet from the beginning to the turnaround. . Each cul-de-sac must be terminated by a turnaround of not less than one hundred (100) feet in diameter. Off-street parking shall be limited to one side of the entire length of the cul-de-sac, including the turnaround.
