Show " 1 A MR. AND MRS. JOHN C. MORGAN JR. Church Rites The Central Christian Church of Pocatello, Idaho was the setting for the wedding wed-ding of Jacqueline York and John C. Morgan, Jr. Rev. R. Houston performed the rites on Oct. 14. THE BRIDE is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leroy J. York of North Salt Lake. Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. John C. Morgan Sr. of Albuquerque, New Mexico. An open house was held for family and close friends before the wedding on Oct. 10. A reception for wedding guests was. held immediately after the wedding. THE BRIDE wore a white gown fashioned from chan-tilly chan-tilly lace with long lace sleeves, scoop neck and full skirt with train. The veil was finger-tip length made of net cascading down from a Juliet styled cap. Melinda York, the bride's sister, was maid of honor, wearing a peach crepe dress with flowered crepe ruffle at neck. Lori Peterson and Pamela Rogers were bridesmaids, brides-maids, wearing flowered ciope dresses with peach crepe ruffle at neck. All were floor length. They wore beige hats with peach trim. BEST MAN duties were performed by the bride's brother, Marvin York. Ushers were Roger Lindsey and Ronny Williams. The refreshments and guest book were taken cae of by the bride's sisters Lee Ann, Margaret, Mar-garet, Cheryle and Darla. Gifts were taken care of by her sister-in-law, Janine York. After a short honeymoon both returned to their naval duties. |
